Return/Exchange Policy:

At Li's Art Spot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note the following guidelines:

     1. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
     2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received             them. They must also be in their original packaging.
     3. Refunds are granted in the form of store credit.
     4. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with photos of any damages to the product or return the                   product to our store.
     5. Once we receive either photos of damages to the product or the product back in store, we will process your                 return or exchange.
     6. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a                     mistake on our part or a defective product.
